Identification

Store staff may ask any customer for valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification, such as:

  • A driver's license or state ID card
  • A passport or passport card
  • A military ID

If age can't be verified, the sale will be declined.

Purchases for minors

We do not sell to adults who appear to be buying on behalf of someone under 21. Staff may refuse any sale they believe violates the law.

When you first visit this website we ask you to confirm you are 21 or older. Your answer is remembered in your browser for 30 days. Confirming online does not replace ID checks in store.
