This website is operated by Tobacco & More to help adults find our retail stores, check store information and contact a location. We do not sell products online.

When you use a contact form we collect the details you enter — first and last name, phone number, email address, preferred store and your message — along with the time of submission. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and route it to the store you selected.

The store finder asks for your location only after you tap “Use My Location” and your browser asks for permission. If you allow it, your approximate coordinates are used inside your browser to calculate the distance to each store. They are kept in your browser for the current session only and are not sent to or stored on our servers.

If you search by ZIP code or city instead, the lookup also happens in your browser using a public data file served from this website. You can always use the site without sharing your location.

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage items:

• An age-confirmation cookie so we don't ask you to confirm you're 21+ on every visit (expires after 30 days).
• Session storage for your location while you browse, if you chose to share it.
• Analytics cookies, when enabled, from Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used — for example which store pages are visited and whether visitors tap “Get Directions” or “Call”. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the store finder and store pages will still work.

Map tiles are loaded from a map provider (such as OpenStreetMap or Mapbox), which receives your IP address to deliver the images. “Get Directions” opens the maps app you choose — Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze — and “View on Google Maps” opens Google Maps; each provider's own privacy policy applies there. If spam protection is enabled on our forms, a security provider may process technical data about your browser.

We share contact-form details with the store you selected and with service providers that help us run this website (hosting, email delivery, analytics and spam protection), or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can decline location access, disable cookies, or ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent through our forms. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. To make a request, use our contact page.

This website and our stores are intended for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
